The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Abdallah, Elmer, and the lady at breakfast. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to the historical sites in Istanbul.

The rooms were not soundproofed, and we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. We requested a room switch, but had to wait until the next day, which was inconvenient.

We particularly enjoyed spending evenings in the pool and Hamam, which were clean and well-maintained. The hotel's superb location made it easy for us to explore the city, with tram stations, restaurants, and supermarkets just a short walk away. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the repetitive breakfast and a lack of view from our family room, we had an overall enjoyable experience. We definitely recommend Miss Istanbul Hotel & Spa for your stay in Istanbul.

I enjoyed spending time here. There where very good location and rooms for a really great stay in comfortable hotel. The room I booked was cleaned everyday and available with window & view.

The rooms at Miss Istanbul Hotel & Spa are cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The inclusion of a seating area in some rooms adds an extra touch of comfort, and the complimentary toiletries in the private bathrooms are a thoughtful addition. As a budget traveller, I felt truly relaxed and at ease in the room.

I personally found the flat-screen TV with satellite channels a bit limited, but others might still enjoy it.

Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were not so friendly. Brilliant and ideal location, walking distance to Gulhane Park.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the heart of Sultanahmet area, just a short walking distance from major public transportation hubs and the Gulhane Metro station. It was also conveniently located not far from the bridge to Istiklal. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with new options every day. The hotel also had great amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, and massages.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city and close to the train station Gulhane. The staff was incredible, from the receptionists to the housekeepers, everyone was always ready to help. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a great addition, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Cozy family-run place, it has ideal location really close to Hagia Sophia as well as the main historical sites and the ferry station Imenonu. All staff members are accommodating and pleasant.

The meeting rooms were well-equipped, and the business center was convenient for last-minute preparations.

The hammam in the spa was a delightful touch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Despite the coffee corner being crowded, the cost performance was great. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The room was comfortable and even had a balcony.

I found that the double rooms were slightly small, which made it a bit cramped for my liking. It would have been better if the rooms were more spacious and had more room to move around.

The spa was so big that I got lost in it, but luckily the staff was polite enough to help me find my way. The free breakfast was decent, but I prefer champagne with my eggs.

Who needs privacy? The lack of windows in the standard rooms was a delightful surprise.

I adore the cozy rooms and exceptional service. Staff once helped me print tickets. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, pool, gym, spa, and more. No pets or smoke, which suits me. I'm returning for Christmas.
